Earlier this year the James Hoyer law firm filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of four former students. Instead of helping Westwood College students and graduates as the lawyers claim, they are in fact, looking for a big payday. This lawsuit challenges the credibility of a Westwood degree and  undermines the commitment and effort students, faculty and staff put forth every day.

Westwood is vigorously defending ourselves against the lawsuit’s claims, which we find to be entirely false and merely an attempt by these students and their lawyers to force the school into a costly financial settlement.  They have proven they will use any tactic to discredit Westwood, the faculty and the value of our degree to manipulate the school to pay big bucks.

We need your help! We cannot let them diminish the value of a Westwood degree for the 20,000 graduates and the 16,000 current students who are working so hard to transform their lives through education.
