Student Housing
Westwood College works with Collegiate Housing Services™ (CHS) to offer comfortable and affordable shared student housing in apartments near many Westwood campuses. CHS housing options allow students to experience a high level of independence, responsibility and personal growth in a shared-living setting, which complements Westwood’s career-focused approach to postsecondary education.
The typical student housing rental is a furnished, two-bedroom apartment with one or two bathrooms and paid utilities. The unit is shared by up to four same-gender Westwood students. In most cases, two students share a bedroom. Each resident signs an individual lease, which may be tailored to school terms. Other housing configurations may be available through CHS upon request; however, the cost may be higher.
The most popular housing locations and facilities fill up quickly, particularly during the fall terms. To ensure that you get the housing you desire, Westwood strongly encourages you to send both your $50 application fee and your $250 housing deposit to Collegiate Housing Services’ home office in Indianapolis at least 30 days (preferably 60 days) before Westwood registration day. Collegiate Housing Services will be on campus during orientation to assist students in signing leases and settling into their new residences.
Collegiate Housing Services does its best to provide housing at the time of registration. However, if your application fee and deposit do not arrive at the CHS home office at least 30 days before registration, you may be put on a waiting list until housing can be arranged.
