Westwood College campuses use a third party virtual bookstore to assist students with their textbook needs each term. Ambassador College Bookstore provides our students with their books thru the following website www.westwoodcollegebookstore.com. Each student is given an ID number generated at the time of their enrollment which is then linked to their student account for billing. This number is used every time an order is placed through Ambassador. Every continuing student has access to the website to order books once they have completed continuing student registration. Upon completion of registration a schedule is given to each student so he or she may log on to the website and order text books for the upcoming term.
To order books for the upcoming term:
Visit www.westwoodcollegebookstore.com and choose the campus you are attending. The site will ask for your student ID number, and your first and last name. Once you have successfully entered the site click on “order new books” and a list of all courses being offered will appear. You will then select the courses that have been assigned for that term by checking the box next to that course. When all selections have been made, click “continue” and review to ensure your selections match your schedule. You will then be prompted to enter a shipping address and method of shipment. A final review of your order is given at this time. When you are satisfied with the order, click on “submit order”. A confirmation screen will appear and an email confirmation will then be sent to the email address you provided. It is important to note that all book charges are billed directly to your student school account. There is never a need to make a payment while on this website. Ambassador also offers a year-round textbook buyback feature to all students that are interested in selling back their used text books.
Please note that once you have identified the books needed for the upcoming term you may choose to acquire them from an alternative source of your choice. You are not required to make your purchases from the Ambassador College Bookstore.
Westwood College - Online Campus
Westwood College - Online Campus uses a third party bookstore to assist students with their textbook needs each term. Specialty Books provides our students with their books through the student portal. Each student is given a username and password for the student portal that is generated at the time of their enrollment. Inside the student portal is a “confirm my schedule” hyperlink which will create the upload of the appropriate books in the student portal for ordering. Students must allow 24-48 business hours after confirmation and can then click the “order my books” hyperlink that connects the student to the Specialty ordering site. Continuing students will order their books just like a new student. Upon completion of continuing student registration a schedule will be given to each student so he or she may log onto the website, confirm their schedule and order their text books for the upcoming term.

Once you have successfully entered the site click on “confirm my schedule”, and a list of your courses for the term will appear. You will revisit the portal in 24-48 business hours and click on “order my books”. Once you have added the books to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to confirm your shipping address and select a method of shipment. You are then taken to the billing screen where you will be prompted to choose your method of payment and confirm your billing address. It is important to note that all book charges are billed directly to your student school account when you select “bill to my student account”. A final review of your order will appear at this time. When you are satisfied with the order, click on “submit order”. A confirmation screen will appear and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. There is never a need to make a payment while on this website unless you choose to pay out of pocket rather than using your student account. Specialty books has a 30-day return policy and also offers a year-round textbook buyback feature to all students that are interested in selling back their used text books.
