That is why we offer every student enrolled in an online program access to the Westwood Help Desk which is staffed with industry experts that are knowledgeable in technology and dedicated to your satisfaction.
Technical support
Resolving your technical questions is so important to us that we provide personalized support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That's right! Even if you are studying at 3 AM and you run into a technical problem, you are able to connect to a live resource to help you troubleshoot your issue.
HelpDesk experts are able to assist you via telephone and/or email to give you a choice on how your issues are resolved. Course platform support operates 24 x 7 x 365.

PC requirements by program
Westwood College - Online Campus will issue a required webcam to all bachelor program students. All Westwood College - Online Campus students may be required to upgrade hardware and/or software during their education.
Mac® use is limited to Intel Macs running Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 using Boot Camp. Parallels/Fusion are NOT supported. Mac systems must meet the same requirements as the PC Operating System they are using. No Mac hardware/software will be available from Westwood.
