The Rivers Oaks campus has a number of amenities to help students throughout their course of study. These amenities include:
- Ten PC and four Macintosh computer laboratories
- Two fully equipped Medical Assisting laboratories
- Digital and hard copy library resources
- Student commons area and easy access to the food court
- Private room for tutoring and group projects
- Ample parking
- Secured access to classroom and laboratory facilities
- Personal email addresses for students
- Personal academic advisors
- Honor society recognizing academic achievement
- Honors and perfect attendance boards
In order to enhance student life a number of activities and awards are presented to students. For example, each term students who achieve high academic standards participate in an honors lunch or dinner and are recognized on a board posted in the hallway. Graduation commencement exercises are conducted twice a year at Navy Pier. The campus also sponsors frequent program specific speakers, job fairs and numerous other student centered activities.
