Industry Experience
Janice possesses over 15 years in the classroom and in the online virtual environment teaching undergraduate, graduate masters and doctoral level courses in management, leadership, and human resources. Her experience spans a 24-year period with the federal government that includes budgeting, logistics, acquisition and program management. She retired recently to concentrate more on writing and teaching. She also has over 12 years of consulting experience and currently is the principal of her education management business. Additionally, Janice serves as a volunteer mentor to the federal government and is part of the mid level and senior leadership programs for civilians.
