Industry Experience
Alfred is currently a Principal with SunGard Consulting Services where he specializes in business and technology solutions for the financial services industry. Prior to his current position, he was the chief financial officer for The Benefit Companies, a 15-company financial services group, where he was also president of one of the companies delivering tax, accounting, and corporate payroll services. Previously, he was a corporate finance consulting director for BearingPoint and KPMG Consulting, and earlier was based in Europe as the director of financial operations for the Deutsche Borse Clearing (German Stock Exchange) where he had worldwide responsibilities. He started his career as a tax accountant and auditor at Deloitte, a Big Four public accounting firm. Alfred has been a frequent lecturer at business conferences, and has written articles relating to corporate finance and financial systems. Alfred is a certified public accountant.
