Professional Experience
Toni spent the first ten years of her professional career working as an art director and creative director for numerous design studios, ad agencies and Town & Country magazine before becoming a full time faculty member at Syracuse University. As faculty in the School of Art and Design, she has taught more than 1000 students the nuances of concept development and design in the Ad Design program, where she also pioneered one of the first digital design courses in the country. Toni has also served as Department Chair of Visual Communications, and as the Director of the School of Art and Design.
When she isn't teaching or working on her own design and writing projects, you can find her cooking, knitting, or sailing.
