Industry Experience
Carolyn has been a teacher for nine years teaching Secondary Vocational Education in both high school and middle school. She has served on curriculum development teams, provided mentorship to students, and worked on an advisory team. She has taught in a poor under-developed country in which resources were scarce therefore, she designed and implemented her own curriculum. Her teaching experience also covers teaching Kindergarten in which she designed her own early childhood learning web site.
Mrs. Keim has experience in business working as the Director of Resource Management at a resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. Here she implemented a total quality control and scheduling program for a 500 room hotel and conference center. In addition, she has been delivering elaborate business luncheons and dinners, wedding, fund-raising events, theme parties, and product promotions.
Carolyn has served as PTA President for four years in her children's schools. Here she was responsible for all fund-raising, parent-teacher communication, and teacher incentive and appreciation.Currently, Carolyn lives in Evergreen, Colorado with her husband and three boys. She enjoys hiking, biking, reading, and tennis.
