Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic
Automotive service technicians use their high-tech skills to inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles and light trucks that run on gasoline, ethanol and other alternative fuels, such as electricity.Repair Service Estimator
A repair service estimator inspects and tests automobiles and trucks to determine need for and cost of repairs. He or she also determines need for repairs by road test, mechanical testing devices, questioning customers about their vehicle's performance, or by visual inspection of vehicle. This person also estimates cost of repair and prepares itemized work order, listing costs of parts and labor.Transmission Technician
Transmission technicians work on gear trains, couplings, hydraulic pumps, and other parts of transmissions.
