Westwood College is a member of the Cisco® Networking Academy® Program. CISCO is the world-wide networking leader, and this program enjoys industry-wide recognition for providing valuable hands-on experience in addition to theoretical training.
In keeping with Cisco® Networking Academy® Program standards, Westwood:
- Provides students access to a specified variety of routers, servers and other industry relevant hardware.
- Maintains and updates equipment to keep pace with technology changes.
- Trains students on information covered in a variety of certification exams.
- Employs only Certified Cisco Instructors, who must meet strict training requirements, pass multiple CISCO instructor exams and receive positive student evaluations to qualify for certification.
In addition, all Westwood faculty members have real-world industry experience.
