ESL - English as a second language

Applicants from countries where English is not the primary language spoken or whose native language is not English must demonstrate English-language proficiency.

To enable applicants in meeting this requirement, Westwood College accepts a number of standardized tests of English language proficiency including TOEFL, IELTS, and MELAB (please see the Admissions section of the current academic catalog for more information). In addition, Westwood College has established cooperative agreements with select English language schools. Under these agreements, students who successfully complete certain English language programs may be able to meet Westwood requirements without having to take a standardized test of English language proficiency. Listed below are institutions that currently have cooperative agreements with Westwood College.
